Boy's Physical Education, Fitness, and Strength Training

Welcome to the Lexington Boy's Physical Education web page. The Lexington Physical Education Department supports a fitness based curricullum that challenges our students in multiple and inclusive fitness domains.  Our program consists of strength training, metabolic conditioning, competitive large and small team sports, positive social development, and the improvement of fine and gross motor skills. Our goal is to develop and improve all aspects of general fitness, while giving our students the knowledge and skills to foster healthier, active lifestyles.
